So, I have a lot left to do before going home to see my family.  I need to finish up the Christmas show.  I need to clean up my house and pack up things that are going to various peoples in MN.  I need to try and get more of Lee's furniture and things moved in.  So much to do.  Makes me wonder how much will get done.  At least there's no ( Read more... )

At work today
I have one more holiday gig to plan out.  I am taking the 2nd grade to the Senior Center here in town to sing on December 8th.  It's a small PR gig that I always enjoy so.... no worries there.  I have to select aobut 4 songs for the kids to learn between now and then.  This class is very musical so I am not worried in the slightest.

Jewelry
I am officially signed up to set up my jewelry, jam, jelly and other goodies for sale tomorrow at the Dodge City Knights of Columbus.  This is for the Breast Cancer Awareness luncheon from 9am-noon.  I will be donating 10% of my profits to the Susan G. Komen foundation for the cure.

Well, I had a HUGE amount of stress dumped on me Friday night.  Lee and I went to take the tables and chairs down to the craft show... and found out they had placed me in the OPEN SUN.  On the registration form it asks if you have a canopy or tent.... The summer is nearing an end.  Dodge City Days started this week.... two weeks worth of events and things to do around town... the rodeo will be starting shortly I suspect.  The medallion has already been found.... so no more scavenger hunting for me ( Read more... )

... I did pretty well. Not as well as I would have liked but what can you expect. I made a little profit and was tipped off about some perspective custom orders that may or may not be sent in. Well, after the booth space fee and the cost of getting myself an extra card table (which I could use anyway) I have made a profit of $100 at the craft fair today.
